Continuously Grow & Unapologetically Be

Growing and Being is a space dedicated to empowering ladies to rise above life's challenges and live out their fullest potential, leaving a lasting impact in the world. Here, we share strategies, mindsets, and practices that foster wellness and high performance in the pursuit of our unique purposes.

Our quest to keep growing is inspired by the Proverbs 31 lady, who encourages us to rise to our best state of being and fulfil all that we were created to be, by embodying the values below:

Hello, I'm Veronica

Born and raised in the mining town of Selebi-Phikwe, Botswana, I grew up surrounded by entrepreneurship, with an environment that cultivated both my business acumen and academic gifts.

Despite high academic achievements and the lure of top corporate roles, I chose the challenging yet fulfilling path of entrepreneurship—often a choice many found hard to understand.

Since my university days, I've pursued multiple ventures, navigating the entrepreneurial journey while also working in corporate roles. My career has included positions as a Chartered Management Accountant, Business Consultant, Corporate Strategist, and Academic.

Even as I established new businesses and supported existing ones, I consistently excelled in my professional roles, proving that the two paths can coexist.

Today, I am a full-time entrepreneur, the co-founder and CEO of Serala Entrepreneurship College, and a dedicated wife and mother of two—a son and daughter.

Quick fun facts about me? Well, I love warm beverages; tea or coffee is welcome including in the summer! I love dancing; i’ll learn every step and give it my best shot! I love family-time; I make time for family despite the hectic schedule!

I am on a journey to grow into the fullest expression of who I can be and to support other women in doing the same, unapologetically and with purpose.

I eagerly look forward to seeing how God will work in my life and in the lives of the women in this community, as we rise together.
